Komşum Getirsin — terms of use and prohibited items

1. Role of the platform

The platform only provides listings, offers, messages, delivery confirmation and ratings. Carrying, buying and handing over happen entirely between users. The platform is not a party to the carriage and is not a courier or postal operator.

The "SocialID verified" badge means the person has linked a SocialID account under their real name. It is not a guarantee.

2. Who can use it

• Signing in with SocialID is required to post, offer and message; the real name is verified by SocialID.
• The service is only for people aged 18 or over.
• Only trips between Türkiye and Bulgaria (both directions) can be listed.

3. No closed packages

A traveller never carries a closed parcel, envelope or box whose contents they have not seen. The traveller buys the item themselves or collects it from the shop themselves; the item is carried open or with its invoice, with visible contents.

This rule is confirmed when posting, when offering and when an offer is accepted. Requests that break it should be reported; the account will be closed.

4. Prohibited and restricted items

No listing or offer may be made for:

• Medicines, supplements and medical products
• Any food (including meat and dairy), plants, seeds, animals and animal products
• Cosmetics and personal care products
• Tobacco and alcohol
• Cash, foreign currency, gold, precious stones and metals
• Weapons, knives, ammunition, explosives; batteries, aerosols and flammable substances
• Counterfeit or imitation branded goods, stolen goods
• Official documents, identity documents, cards and similar
• Electronics above 300 €; any item above 1500 €
• Anything prohibited or subject to a permit in the country of departure, transit or arrival

5. Customs and tax

Customs declaration and any taxes are the traveller’s responsibility. The platform does not promise that any item is duty-free.

For information: the EU traveller allowance is 300 € by land and 430 € by air and sea (Directive 2007/74/EC Art. 7). The Turkish traveller allowance is 430 €. These allowances cover non-commercial goods for the traveller’s personal or family use or gifts and may not apply to an item brought for someone else in return for a reward.

To avoid being treated as commercial carriage, a traveller may take on at most 4 accepted jobs in 30 days.

6. Reward and payment

The reward in a listing is only a suggestion. The platform does not receive, hold or transfer payments; the item price and the reward are agreed between the parties. Paying in advance is risky.

7. Delivery, ratings, reports and blocking

• A job is complete when both parties confirm delivery; they can then rate each other from 1 to 5.
• Every listing, offer and message can be reported with the "Report" button. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and the account may be closed.
• Someone you block cannot make you offers or message you.

8. Personal data

Your listings, offers and messages are processed to provide the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The public list shows the travel window by month, not by day; the exact date is visible only to the two parties. No e-mail address or phone number is requested or shown.

To investigate abuse, the IP address at the time of the action is stored encrypted with SocialID’s public key so that the platform cannot read it (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

9. Liability

The platform is not a party to the agreement between users, to the item carried or to customs procedures. The platform removes reported illegal content promptly once it becomes aware of it.
